One more thing to offer your guests

We install Sublue underwater scooters at your venue. The gear is ours, the spot is yours — you offer it for sale, for hire, or both.

Who you're talking to

Someone on the island, not a supplier at the other end of an email

Keya Watersports is the official Sublue dealer on Koh Samui. We aren't reselling from a catalogue: we run these units here every day, we service them, and we brief the guests who use them ourselves.

Our team is based on the island. A fault, a question, a guest who hesitates: you have someone a few minutes away, not an after-sales desk overseas.

What it changes

Why your guests come back for it

Nageuse tractée par un Sublue près de la surface

Anyone can do it

No certification, no particular fitness. A mask, a snorkel, ten minutes of explanation and off they go. Nobody is left behind.

It photographs well

It is held in both hands and carries a camera. Your guests leave with footage they post — and your venue is in it.

And for your divers

On a dive, the scooter covers more ground on less air. Enough to offer a site further out, or one more outing in the day.

Who this is for

Four kinds of venue

Nageuse tractée par un Sublue dans une piscine d'hôtel

Hotels

Something to offer your guests without growing your team or tying up cash. A big enough pool is all it takes.

Cliente masquée dans l'eau peu profonde, son Sublue à côté d'elle, bungalows en arrière-plan

Resorts

Something more on the water, alongside whatever you already run.

Dive centres

An outing for people who do not dive, and something new for your regulars.

Cliente riant, son Sublue à la main, cocotiers en arrière-plan

Boat excursions

Private and semi-private trips, tour organisers and incoming agencies. The gear fits in a bag and turns a snorkelling stop into the moment people talk about afterwards.

How it works

Two ways to earn from it

You buy nothing and advance nothing. We supply the equipment, you offer it to your guests — for sale, for hire, or both.

Sale

A guest leaves with their own Sublue

Some try it, love it, and want one. You point them to us, we handle the sale and the after-sales. That is a four-figure ticket, not a tip.

Hire

Your guests rent on site

The gear stays with you, available by the half day or the day. Recurring income rather than a one-off, and one more reason to stay put.

The questions we get

What an operator asks before saying yes

Who is liable if a guest is injured?

We provide the users' insurance, and our team handles the briefing and supervises the guests. How responsibility is shared is written into the agreement before the first launch — it is the first thing we settle together, not a footnote.

Does my staff have to run it?

No. We supply the equipment and we look after the guests. Your team is simply briefed so they can talk about it and pass enquiries on — nothing more to learn, nothing more to manage.

And if nobody ends up renting?

You will have put nothing in: the equipment is ours and the financial risk stays on our side. How long the agreement runs, and how it ends, are set down in writing before we start.

How much space do we need?

A lockable store and a wall socket. The unit is under fifty centimetres long, weighs 3.4 kg without its battery and is carried by hand.

Do guests need a diving licence?

No — no licence and no particular fitness. A mask, a snorkel, ten minutes of explanation. Guests who don't dive can do it.

Does it work in a pool?

Yes, as long as the pool is big enough. The sea, a lagoon or a hotel pool: anywhere your guests can swim.

What about the monsoon?

The season, the time slots and the number of units are part of what we settle together during the visit. A property that runs six months a year does not sign the same agreement as an operator open all year.

How long are we tied in for?

On whatever we decide together. Nothing is signed before the visit, and nothing goes in the water until the term, the minimum volume and the responsibilities are set down in writing.

What if a unit breaks or fails?

A breakdown is on us: we replace the unit, and routine servicing and wear stay our responsibility. Damage, on the other hand, is covered by no insurance on this kind of equipment — it stays with the property. That is written into the agreement in plain terms, before the first launch.
