How we work

You write to a person, not to a platform

Every request reaches the team who will welcome you. That is what lets us reply quickly, adjust an arrival time, drop a scooter off at the villa, or say plainly when something is not possible.

It is also why booking is direct: with no middleman, the price you pay is the price we charge.
